On December 30, 2025, marking the year-end conclusion, the 150MW CSP project, part of the ENERGY CHINA Hami "PV+CSP+Storage" Multi-energy Complementary Integrated Green Electricity Demonstration Project involving Cosin Solar, delivered a solid annual construction report. Overcoming severe challenges posed by the winter cold and strong winds, the project team successfully and high-quality completed the annual delivery task of 20,516 sets of heliostats as scheduled, laying a solid foundation for the project's grid connection and power generation.

Under the overall coordination of the project owner and the general contractor, Cosin Solar ensured the high-quality delivery of the large-scale heliostat products through a scientific assembly plan, an efficient resource allocation mechanism, and strict quality control throughout the entire process. This fully demonstrates the company's execution capabilities at critical milestones of major projects.
Currently, Cosin Solar is involved in the construction of five CSP projects in the Xinjiang region, with a total installed capacity of 550MW. Among them, the ENERGY CHINA ZTPC Turpan 100MW and SPIC Turpan 100MW CSP projects have successfully achieved grid-connected power generation. The POWERCHINA Tuokexun 100MW, Luneng Fukang 100MW, and ENERGY CHINA Hami 150MW CSP projects are progressing orderly according to plan. Moving forward, Cosin Solar will fully advance all ongoing projects toward the goal of grid-connected power generation, while also assisting in the operational optimization of already grid-connected projects. The company is committed to continuously improving comprehensive power generation performance and empowering the high-quality development of the CSP industry in Xinjiang with concrete actions.
Project Overview

The ENERGY CHINA Hami 150MW CSP project, part of the "PV+CSP+Storage" Multi-energy Complementary Integrated Green Electricity Demonstration Project, is located in Hami City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It is the world's largest single-phase "PV+CSP+Storage" integrated project, with a total installed capacity of 1.5GW, comprising 1350MW of PV capacity and 150MW of CSP capacity. Upon completion and operation, the project is expected to generate approximately 2900 GWh of electricity annually. It will significantly enhance the regional grid's ability to absorb renewable energy, playing a vital role in ensuring energy security, promoting energy structure transformation, and achieving the "dual carbon" goals.
